I was suspicious of the Pumpkin Doughnut, but she assuaged my concerns with her expert knowledge of bread and wavelength matching. 10/10 will be going back to enjoy chat with Bailey and a nice coffee at the bar. ”
“ This location takes the cake in customer service. Shoutout to Matthew - the happy friendly person on the other side of the glass counter. I would happily go back to this LPQ even if i have to trek all the way uptown just to get my LPQ fix. Needless to say, LPQ has one of the world’s delicious selection of pastries etc. I have a sweet tooth and grew up with a Mama who can bake like nobody, so I am particular with my pastries, muffins, cupcakes, cakes and all. They have always been on point. Never fails. And dont get me started with their salads and soup du jour. You wont be disappointed, morning to night meals, if I may say so. Please dont put so much premium on my photos of their selection. I was bingeing and rushing before they closed for the day. Look for Matthew though because he will take good care of you. Drop by and enjoy! ”
“ I come to this LPQ on a weekly basis and it's always a great experience. I run a small business in the neighborhood and almost every Friday I come for lunch and to get some work done. Breanne is almost always my waitress and she's WONDERFUL. She's hustles the whole restaurant (sometimes single-handedly) and greets me with a smile, no matter what. She always asks how I'm doing, serves me food/drink when needed (sometimes I like a drink before the food comes) and just makes my experience at this location worth the extra on coffee & food! Overall, I really do like this location, how spacious it is, and how welcoming the team is, even when I bring my stroller or equipment! ”
“ The Exceptional Integrity of Le Pain Quotidian's Staff. On my first visit to this location, after the meal, I first thought of paying with a physical credit card so I took out my Goyard card case. But then I opted to pay with my phone instead and left my card case on my lap. In a rush to get to an appointment, I inadvertently dropped the case under the table and only realized my mistake after the appointment. Feeling anxious as more than 1 hour has passed, I promptly returned to this location and inquired at reception. Fortunately, they had found the case with its contents intact, including a considerable amount of cash. Although I tried to offer 100 as a reward, they declined, insisting it was their duty to return lost items. I was relieved and impressed with their honesty, particularly after a similar experience in Paris where a lost wallet was returned with all the cards and license but the cash was kept. I would highly recommend this location to others, as I particularly enjoyed the Avocado Toast and Cappuccino with Almond milk. Once again, thank you to the staff of this location for their exceptional honesty and efficiency in returning my Goyard card case with all its contents! ”
